Altitude: 4429 – 6233 Feet (1350 to 1900 meters)
Varietal: Castillo, Caturra, Colombia
Process: Fully washed
Harvest: October 2020
I've tried this Columbia variety a few times now, and it has become one of my go-to's along with the Komodo dragon dark. Although it is a darker roast it is not over roasted, more like a medium dark in my opinion. It's very smooth and not overly acidic or sour if you don't like the super light roast profiles.
Great for the morning, the afternoon, and for the after dinner coffee when guests are over...
Quite possibly the best coffee I've had in years. Highly recommended!
