Coming from all across the globe, these light-roast coffees are fruit-forward with unique notes of cherry, orange, pomegranate, and raspberry, balanced by pecan, milk chocolate, and dark tea-like notes. 

We've taken the time, using Cropster and our Loring Smart Roaster, to make sure our roast process highlights the natural characteristics that make the coffee unique. Ethiopia is known to some as the birthplace of coffee. It is the only place in the world where "heirloom" varietals or coffee plants that have evolved uniquely under the care of Ethiopian families in the highlands for generations.
