The micro-filter removes grit, unlike other press-type coffee makers. These filters are designed for use with the AeroPress, an entirely new way to make coffee. The AeroPress's ideal water temperature and faster brewing yield richer flavor with lower acidity and no bitterness. Water and grounds are mixed together for 10 seconds, then gentle air pressure pushes the mix through the micro-filter in just 20 seconds

Subscriptions are started on a currently available coffee. While we seek to maintain consistency in the coffee throughout the year, we are subject to changes in availability.
If your subscription coffee is not available at time of your next delivery we will substitute the next best option. Single origin coffees will maintain their country, though may change farms or regions. Seasonal blends and decaf coffees will rotate to the current offering.
