Our Organic Quality Hill Blend is a blend championed by our owner, Chris Merton. It is so popular at the cafe that we serve it every day. It has become the staple of, and a representative of Black River's dedication to high-quality, organic coffee culture. The name comes from where the roastery is now located and how they referred to the hill as Quality Hill in the 1940s.
