Coming from all across the globe, these light-roast coffees are fruit-forward with unique notes of cherry, orange, pomegranate, and raspberry, balanced by pecan, milk chocolate, and dark tea-like notes.
We've taken the time, using Cropster and our Loring Smart Roaster, to make sure our roast process highlights the natural characteristics that make the coffee unique. Ethiopia is known to some as the birthplace of coffee. It is the only place in the world where "heirloom" varietals or coffee plants that have evolved uniquely under the care of Ethiopian families in the highlands for generations. Subscriptions are started on a currently available coffee. While we seek to maintain consistency in the coffee throughout the year, we are subject to changes in availability.
If your subscription coffee is not available at time of your next delivery we will substitute the next best option. Single origin coffees will maintain their country, though may change farms or regions. Seasonal blends and decaf coffees will rotate to the current offering.
